The University subscribes to an external provider - My Family Care - who provide advice and guidance on family matters as well as access to back-up care for children or dependent adults through a Work + Family Space website.

Requests for flexible working will always be taken into consideration and will be accommodated as far as possible.

We offer an enhanced entitlement to 38 days’ annual leave per year (pro-rata for part-time staff), inclusive of bank holidays and fixed closure days. Additional long service leave is available after 5 years’ service. An additional scheme, enables staff to request to purchase up to ten additional days’ annual leave in each holiday year.
