Copies of the master appraisal forms produced by the University centrally are available here. However, divisional boards are encouraged to produce tailored versions of these, and individuals should therefore visit the sites of the relevant divisional boards, where these exist, in order to access (and download, where necessary) the standard versions of the form in their particular subject area.
The notes and guidance relating to appraisal available in the right hand menu bar are standard across the University, although individual divisional boards may provide some local information of a general nature to supplement this.
